MEET THE CEO OF ANTOINE M HOLDINGS LTD
Dr Antoine Micallef, LL.B. (Hons), M.Adv. (Melit.), is a warranted lawyer and entrepreneur, driven by a passion for business development, innovation, and strategic growth across multiple sectors. With a Master’s degree in law from the University of Malta and a lifelong interest in commerce, he has built a diverse group of companies active in retail, catering, real estate, and professional services, employing over 80 individuals and serving thousands of clients daily.
Antoine started working at a very young age, and while still at university, he launched his first business, a retail outlet which evolved into a growing commercial network through dedication, strategic planning, and strong leadership. Since then, he has expanded into the retail and fast-moving consumer goods industry. Today, he manages various Maypole shops as a franchisee operator, various Fresh Harvest stores, various Mix Markt shops, also as a franchisee operator, and other retail shops. He also co-founded Kensington Ventures Limited to further diversify into the importation of the food and beverage sector.
In real estate, he is developing several projects across Malta, including a boutique hotel, a pool lounge, and residential developments under the A+ brand, as well as Segond by A+, a hospitality operation and catering establishment in Gozo.
As an entrepreneur with a deep understanding of legal structures, he is committed to ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainable expansion across all his ventures. He is the Founder and CEO of Antoine M Holdings Ltd and AM Retail Ltd, overseeing business strategy, investments, and executive operations.
Additionally, he co-founded Tyfany, a boutique firm offering accounting, tax, and advisory services to businesses in Malta. This venture complements his legal and commercial expertise, providing integrated support to both new and established companies navigating Malta’s business landscape.
His vision has always been to merge legal acumen with entrepreneurial ambition, building ventures that reflect integrity, innovation, and value creation. With a long-term goal of listing his holding company on the Malta Stock Exchange, he remains focused on growth, strategic investment, and making a lasting contribution to Malta’s economy.
